Is that detoxing thing you stick on the bottom of your feet and it's supposed to pull all the toxins out of your body. Has anybody used these before? And do they work?

If toxins come out from the bottoms of your feet while you sleep, then they're going to come out whether or not you stick a 20 dollar bandaid on there.  Thats why those things are so stupid.

Why would anyone think that toxins come out of your feet while you sleep only if you wear kinoki foot pads.  If you dont wear the pads then the toxins are trapped. right.  My logic tells me that if toxins escape through the skin on the bottoms of the feet, then toxins also escape through skin all over your body, possibly at different rates/concentrations.  You're a sucker if you were tempted to buy kinoki footpads.  Remember this experience next time you see a similar tv product ad or infomercial.

See I thought it was the moisture that made it change. Mine never had a funny smell or left any film on my feet though. Oh well thought I'd try it.

personally, i think it's pretty silly.  people just have some dirty ass feet is all.. so if you attatch a white bandage to your foot at night, it'll turn dark from moisture and dirt by the next day.

In my opinion they do I mean their herbs and most all drugs originate in an herb for and herbs are actually stronger when put into a tea I learned that in school. I know ginger root tea helps me settle my stomache when it's upset(dont know if that's considered an herb or not) I drink alot of tea tho so maybe I'm just partial to it.
