thats funny, i often get a sense of impending doom on mushrooms too.

acid is not kiddy stuff though.  to back up what vandango said, a good dose of lsd is like having your brain hooked up to a nuclear reactor instead of just plugged into the wall.

any experience with  "bruce banner" tabs vandago?  two and a half hits pretty much turned me off from acid, nothing else i've had has been at all comparable.  at the fifteen minute mark i was tripping as hard as the peaks of all my other acid experiences. 

i've been pretty scared of acid since then and i've been seeking reassurance that the tabs were absurd, as opposed to just good acid.

i think the reputation is excellent. most of the people i know are either
a) afraid of it
b) college know it all hippies
c) cool cats.

i would prefer everyone was afraid of it but the cool cats, but thats life.

Who cares?  There are some species of "hippies" that do piss me off beyond all belief though.

Maybe if you could elaborate on how you know what the doses were?  You don't have to tell us peoples names or give addresses, but I find what you're saying very hard to believe.  For you to actually know a dose, you'd have to have seen it weighed out yourself and actually confirmed that the substance in front of you was LSD.  What did you weight it on?  What method was used to test the identity of the substance?  Was it compared to a reference standard? 

When you say that you had 100 micrograms, is that 100 micrograms of freebased LSD?  Or is that 100 micrograms of LSD d-tartrate?  Or LSD acetate?  You do realize that 100 micrograms of freebase LSD would be equivalent to 146 micrograms of LSD tartrate, right?

This is some of the worst mythology about LSD I know of too: that someone has knows how much LSD they too.  Unless you bought it from Sigma-Aldrich or you actually do know someone making LSD, please stop it with the dose claims or explain how you know the doses.

U need to break the stereotype of a hippy.  Hippies were originally just supporters of peace and love.

You do realise the negative hippy image is perpetuated to help keep the arms industry earning the fatcats their money?

If people become peaceful a lotta douches will lose their $10million a week.

real society has conflict through diversity. 

hippies take all cultural influences, water them down, call them their own and think that because the ideas can coexist with them that they should with everyone. 

not everyone waters down their culture for the sake of peace.

i know some serious "hippies" with some serious guns too.

P.S And to think you know your L came from Georgia?  I really doubt there is a chemist down in Georgia crankin out crystal for you pal......someone down there may have gotten it and sent it up your way, but it's made overseas.  And the dude who told you he ate a 250 mic hit and these were half as strong....think about it........he probably got a hit that was truley 100 mics and now hes eating 50 miced hits, jesus man.........

It's funny cause I totally agreed with the OP on the fact that family is a bunch of garbage, and am really just trying to explain the WoW isn't as strong as anyone thinks it is. 

Funny how someone won't believe someone about being "family" but they will take their word on the dosage.

Someone once PMed me asking if I had ever made LSD and I responded in much the same fashion, by saying that, "If I had, then I would not tell you."  The person replied by saying, "If you hadn't, then you'd tell me."  That person now apparently thinks I've made LSD just because I said nothing.

I really don't see the risk.  All the guy has to do is say, "Yes I saw it weighed."  Unless he's still actively involved or connected to active LSD manufacture (in which case he'd be stupid to talk about this at all), he could make a hundred posts talking about watching an LSD manufacture and as long as he's careful not to be specific, then the risk is nothing, because even on the very unlikely chance that he's arrested, he could easily say that it was just a "story" he was telling.

He certainly doesn't have to back up his claims if he doesn't want to, but I don't believe it.  If it really is a risk for him (or if he just want to make it seem that way), he has every right to say nothing.  He's a big boy.

I'm curious about whether or not he's talking about freebase LSD or LSD tartrate or some other salt.  That's why I have a hard time with all the dose talk, you know?  Nobody ever specifies what form of LSD they're talking about?  Freebase LSD?  LSD d-tartrate?  LSD citrate?  The molecular weights of those, like I pointed out earlier, can be really different, so that almost 150 micrograms of LSD tartrate is only equivalent to 100 micrograms of LSD as a freebase.

Another thing that complicates it is LSD crystal polymorphism.  Even assuming you have pure LSD crystal, are you talking about LSD tartrate?  LSD maleate monohydrate?  LSD tartrate heptahydrate (if such a thing exists)?  People give these specific numbers for a dose, but totally neglect to mention if they're talking about the freebase, a salt or a highly hydrated crystal of LSD.  You know why?  Because they probably don't have a clue.

my hit was from SF of usa.  it was told to me that each was 100 mics. 

why would you bother telling me anything at all? 



all the butthurtz in this thread is so lame.  like all the people who have been labeled hippies suddenly need to be defending themselves cus someone got mad that their new favorite drug is associated with them.  haha
