i have them in my 10 gal aquarium,the caseings dont look dry,and feel moist.I usually spray once a day,the tank stays nice and humid and i have a bubbler going with teh tank lid vented.So far teh shrooms ive harvested were notr fat ass's,or waterlogge,so i dont think its a water issue

Can you give a little more detail? Do you have any fresh air exchange going on? How are you spraying - actually where are you spraying/mistiing? Could be too much water in your casing.

If you have droplets of water on your cakes than you have too much humidity- which will cause your casings to slow down and grow very very slowly if at all.
