If you stick to it, then yes, I promise it will eliminate those 'thought attacks'. Meditation also offers many other benefits. But be wary of the source of your meditation information. Yesterday I took a Meditation book back because I concluded the writer is a quack, and I just didn't trust her 'knowledge'. It's a shame so many nutballs meditate.

You'll also find inner peace if you speak only in the Fibonacci sequence.

Lateralus helped make my worst trip ever into by best. It has medicinal properties.

Here is the report: 23-Second Scream

you are just trying to goad me into a verbal argument. I decline. If you had read my Argumentation post, youd know id like to lessen my amounts of arguments. You just need to feel the love, feel the compassion that burns in my heart (or heart chakra). I'd like to quote shroomalicious's sig., "I love you, and in doing so i love myself. Because we are all ONE."

You really shouldn't need a book to meditate. I mean, it's really not that difficult... go within... focus on one thing..like a candle..or a thought.. or nothing at all if you can handle it. Then you can get into color meditations and whatnot. Trees make for good meditation buddies... trees are zen masters!

Hehe it was actually a joke. The Fibonacci sequence is a sequence starting with 0 and 1, for which the next number is always the sum of the previous two.

i.e. 0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21, etc.

In the song that Lozt Soul posted, it is sung using a variation of this sequence, with the syllables in the phrases corresponding to the sequence.

(No words) (0)

Black (1)

And (1)

White are (2)

All I see (3)

In my infancy (5)

Red and yellow then came to be (8)

(Declining) Reaching out to me (5)

Lets me see (3)

Nobody NEEDS a book, but they are helpful. Internet information on the subject can be inconsistent and poorly written, turning some people off.

That's pretty cool, CyberChump.
after coming to this site and seeing how much fulfillment people get from Tool's music and Maynard's lyrics I've started to listen to and enjoy the band.  And I respect Maynard a lot now for what he's doing.  I used to see people in 'Tool' shirts and think "..haha, no shit"
Now, I'm not so quick to judge

You are not the first to contract Tool-itis from coming in contact with shroomerites. I think Tool may even have surpassed Pink Floyd as the Shroomery's most discussed band.

Yup. Before the song was released, its working title was "987" for that reason.
