Question on cultivation "Brew"

A friend of mine has grown several Z-strain batches and has used the "Keeper's Brew" from the famout STP.com. His batches came out extremely fast and his jars colonized at a tremendous rate. What is this "brew" and can one make it themself for home cultivation? Thanks for taking time to read this.
