Resperitory depression is a much more serious concern than cardiac failure on that combo... and neither is too likely unless the doses are extreme or benzos are involved.

You should not take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen a day. Taking more, especially 7000 mg or more, can lead to a severe overdose if not treated.
