Maybe with the damiana, but definitely not with the wormwood.  I don't know what you'd want to do with wormwood unless you have a still.

Smoke the damiana through a bong (around 2-3 bowels), or make a tea.
It always gives me really vivid dreams for a few days.

Erowid may make wormwood sound interesting, but I can assure you it's not.  Even a concentrated resin (both homemade, and sent as a free sample with an ethno order) produced no effects besides those attributable to carbon monoxide and lack of oxygen when smoking.

I used to love smoking damiana cigarettes (well, for a couple weeks). It gives a nice, weird giddiness. Heh I smoked them walking around college campus though, that was probably a little suspect.
