I know a store that hands out free money!

ok so i just went up to this little arab corner store.I put a 59 cent roll of Toilet paper on the counter and ask for a instant scratch off ticket.the guy is going back and forth in arabic,or what ever language it was with 4 0r 5 others,and not paying attention(very rude,but he is always like that).Anywaymy stuff should have come to $1.65.I handed him a buck and was getting the change out of my pocket when he hands me a bag with my stuff and says NEXT.Well i look at him funny and try to give him the 65 cents.He gives me this weird look and says what do i owe you change?.I said "no i owe you you only charged me for the ticket".He then grabs the bag from me,puts it in another one(as if it was heavy and i was worried the bag might break)and then he opens the register and hands me $20 and says"now go,NEXT!"
LOL iwas kinda in shock for a minute,but then i said ok thanx and left.
Now is that wacky or what? :lol:

lol i know and i wasnt even high,i wish they would let me repeat it,but i probably just got lucky i dont think any1 could be that stupid twice..Its my favorite store now.:lol:

I have no clue,but i go there alot and trust me when i say that they NEVER make sense.
once i returned some bottles.$3 worth.Well he said i could only use the $3 on soda or i could take the cash,but couldnt use it to buy anything else.:lol:so i just laughed and took the money.he is strange and he doesnt speak good english,i dont think that helps
