I have a problem with my heart

It is NOT a medical problem. Rather it is spiritual.

Im communicating with several multi dimensional entities and they tellin me that they placed my "double" in another dimension into this holding cell.

Thats what they told me, please just assume that it is truth, lets not argue about that here.

What i want to discuss is this: the immideate effect of my double being locked up in some other dimension is all my body chakras energy flows have been altered - the most noticable of which is on my heart chakra. It feels like im carrying a huge weight in my chest - maybe 40 - 50 pounds. I cant run, i cant do any physical exercises, if i do like run for a minute i get extreemly exosted.

When im not doing anything like sitting here beside my computer i can feel this "lock" on my heart chakra has a heavy toll on my cardio muscular system: my heart is always stressed. Its always under pressure. This has been going on for almost a year now, and last month i started noticing this dull pain in my heart - during this year my heart dealt with all this shit and my guess is its starting to wear out! :frown:

According to these fucking entities they gonna keep me in this "other dimensional prison" for few more years!

Just now i started to wonder, what if my heart can over grow this control device and develop extra strenght so that i feel strong once again? I think my heart genes might mutate over time and formulate a stronger cardio muscular system. Thats my guess. Either that or i might get a heart attack in the nextx few years.

get an exercise machine and
use a cardio workout to connect with your problem aliens -
each step will bring you closer to your other self, and you can heal your "spiritual" heart indirectly through the magic treadmill.

the explanation of the medicine is less important than the healing it produces.

this reminds me of the story of a general lying in a field with 3 poisoned arrows in his chest delaying his rescuers from pulling out the arrows:
" but no wait, first tell me who did this to me?"...
..."sir, we do not know but have sent someone after his trail, let us remove the poisoned arrows immediately to save your life"
" but no wait, first tell me why he did this to me?"...
..."sir, until we catch him we cannot know, really we must remove the poisoned arrows immediately or you will die"
" but first, tell me if I deserved this, did you catch him yet?"...

at which point the story ends, since the poison from the arrow had taken its full effect, the general left the field.

Yeah atm im doing gym once a week, but like i said any exercises leave my heart even more stressed out. I need to take it slowly

Know a decent shaman?  Parts of a person can become fragmented and lost in strange places.  These parts of yourself start to lose memory of who they are.  When found they appear listless and unaware of their environment.

Spiritual problems do not isolate physical organs, giving rise to a lack of physical stamina. Have a check-up: cardiological and psychological. Obviously, you are not in a position to diagnose yourself.
