After a little googling, I guess it means to keep yourself close to orgasm for as long as possible while masturbating.  Yes I do this, but not every time I beat off.  It really does intensify the orgasm.

It's so much better the longer you wait. I've actually had ex girlfriends tell me to 'finish' because they started to get sore so I sometimes get more enjoyment out of edging for an hour or more on miles of free internet pron. :thumbup:
