What is the mushroom that they sells at food store

I always eat them, usuall with steak, but on the packaging it has NO NAME.

I know they arent Portabella's or Shiitakes. Im curious, so maybe I could attempt to grow them. They are just called "Mushrooms" I checked the whole labelling twice, no other name.

If we assume you're talking about the standard white button mushroom then they are Agaricus bisporus (=A. brunnescens, bisporus has priority). I have purchased Hypsizygus tessulatus in groceries that were labelled simply "mushrooms", so you should give more description than "the mushroom they sell at the food store".
