Loph grafts and flowers

Greetings , I made this grafts on early February this year and they seem to be doing fine, however there is some development of the Grafting stock  on some of them as you can see, should I cut them down or just leave them there until they get bigger and then cut them away? ,

How big were they when you grafted them? How old were they at that point? Did you grow them from seed? Were they any particular cultivar?

doesn't matter if he named the person, he listed the specific source AND how.  frankly, alot of us don't WANT that source (and HOW) blabbered all over the internet on drug sites.
