Fatigue
    #8295653 -

So let me get this right...

Fatigue is just experiancing tiredness throughout the day? I have noticed that it is only about 3 hours after I woke up and I am already going through my yawning and actually thinking of taking a nap.

for the past couple days I have been experiencing fatigue. I noticed that last night it even made me take a nap then within 3 hours go to sleep for about 7 hours. At first I thought I might have been the weed I was smoking, but I havent smoked at all yet today and I am getting tired.

Anyone know any good common causes for this? I don't see what I could be doing differently and having to experience this. After searching google myself I really didn't find much.

Also, should I just give into the fatigue? I have nothing going on, so I could take a nap when I need.

Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and a solid eight hours every night will do wonders to alleviate fatigue. Obviously (if you're like me), weed should be saved for the night so when you get super tired afterwards you're ready to sleep. Drinking copious amounts of caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, soda, etc) will result in a mid-day crash as well, so it may be best to eliminate it from your diet altogether.

Diet is a huge culprit. Unsturdy blood sugar, and highs and lows in insulin levels cause lots of sleepiness.

So can a large calorie deficit, and a lack of fats. Add a lack of carbs if you feel those give you energy (and not just the initial insulin spike).

Caffeine and/or stress are big culprits. Overworked adrenals can leave you feeling dead when push comes to shove.

These drugs are good at restoring your adrenal glands:

Depression can cause lack of motivation and fatigue, so can pot (just the motivation and fatigue, not depression really). if you stresses out about something that could be a cause too. Are u taking any types of medicines.
