Take vitamins
Take 200 micrograms of chromium a day
100-200 micrograms of B12/day
other nutrients:
octacosanol/polycosanol
acetylcarnatine
dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE)
fish oil
1 oz of whey protein in a glass of milk each day

all i can think of is plenty of fruit

or that you have to find your passion in life, your drive.

otherwise you just arent relaxing enough, you have vivid dreams as you said, im not a doctor or anything but in the nights were i have multiple vivid dreams i feel all strung out the next day and just tired since i connected so much with the dream.

not sure if any of that helps, just throwing out some seeds and hope they grow
