Obama and the Minister
    #8146133 -

Anyone have any thoughts on Obama's anti-American, anti-white, black power minister? Some think this shouldn't be an issue, but people were concerned about Romney, and worried about Huckabee, and I find this to be the most radical of them all. This is someone Obama deeply respects and admires. A man who calls America evil, Obama honors and thanks and has been listening to for over 20 years. If Obama has been under the influence of this man for so long there is little doubt he would be taking some of his ideas with him to the W.H.

I don't think Obama is racist or anti-American but he must see some truth in what the minister is saying. Religion usually shouldn't be an issue, but when your minister is racist and anti-American and you have nothing but respect for him it is concerning to me.

Exactly, if Obama “profoundly disagrees” with his pastor’s rhetoric....Why the fuck did he not leave his “church” years ago...

You know what? Hell yeah. Obama just hit it out of the ballpark with his response that he JUST gave. This is sure as hell good enough for me.

AND, he's going to go onto Hanity and Colmes to repeat this and make it clear.

Etheogenic: We posted it for you. No one said Obama is a radical. In fact, I stated the exact opposite.

The reason why this is important is because Obama has such profound respect for someone who is vehemently anti-white and anti-american. This man who is so influential on Obama thinks America deserved 9/11. This is the spiritual advisory for the campaign. As we know the minister is very outspoken about politics as well. I highly doubt he kept it to religion...

You have to question Obama's judgment here seriously. And you have to question how much Obama really disagrees with a man he so much admires. Some of those ideas he would certainly bring to the W.H. 20 years of listening to this guy...

It wouldn't be so concerning if Obama didn't consider him more than a minister. But clearly he has been much more than that. And despite what Obama says, I just don't believe he never knew his dear friend was so radical.

Here are some videos of the man Obama so admires:

This definitely will take sparkle out of Obama's eye. I don't even think he can talk about change and unity anymore without people thinking about his influential minister.

Coincidence? I doubt it.
I've already voted in the primaries, and am not paying too much attention to the current state of the race, but I doubt this will cause any long term damage, as long as he continues to handle it appropriately.

Obama doesn't respect him because of anything other than his SPIRTUAL guidance. I'm no christian but I respect the spiritual guidance my old pastor gave me. I just had to look at it my own way. But when he told me to go to rehab for 9 months for smoking weed, I disagreed. That doesn't mean I don't respect him anymore, he's still a good pastor, just has shitty views on weed.

This guy has shitty views on America (but there's an ounce of truth in his 10 ton opinions), but that doesn't mean Obama has to completely reject the guy.

And who knows how long he's been spouting this shit. I doubt Obama would have stayed in that church if every sabbath this guy said, "Fuck America in the ass for holding the black man down. They deserved Pearl Harbor and every great American tragedy, this biggotted nation that tries to govern the world like she owns it."

My advice is to find those things that give pleasure and do them often without too much attachment and relax and wait for the show to end.

I like free markets and all. Truly I do, at least in general, but there needs to be some kind of oversight in recognition of sustainability. Life works the same way, on a bunch of sustainable systems. Why not honor what made us what we are and take some lessons? Nature FTW!

There is nothing new about this at all, as this NewsMax article from last August proves.  Interesting last paragraph:

"If Barack gets past the primary, he might have to publicly distance himself from me," Wright told The New York Times with a shrug. "I said it to Barack personally, and he said 'yeah, that might have to happen.'"
http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2007/8/8/194812.shtml?s=lh

There is no "appropriate handling" and you are crazy if you don't think this is very damaging.  White people, still the majority, don't much like being told how much they suck.  Also this:

Quote:
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton essentially even in the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination. It’s Obama 46% Clinton 45% (see recent daily results). This reflects an unusually sharp change from yesterday’s results when Obama led by eight points and reached the 50% level of support for the first time.

And this:

Quote:
Looking to November, John McCain now holds a slight lead over both Democrats in the General Election. It’s McCain 47% Obama 42% and McCain 46% Clinton 42% (see recent daily results).

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/daily_presidential_tracking_poll
I'm not a big fan of daily tracking polls but neither do I think they are totally ignorable.  Good.  Fuck the commie cocksucker.

Yes, I know. Seems a bit high to me but maybe not. I don't think Clinton can get enough delegates to win outright no matter what happens, but this may be the excuse the superdelegates will need to smack Barry down at the convention. I'm laughing almost as hard as I laughed at Spitzer, another cocksucking turd.

At least the liberals here can be happy knowing that an incomprehensible amount of money will still be spent even if McCain wins the election. Just not on universal health care.
