Are Danish Flag poppies active?

At spring I grew some danish flag poppies bought at a garden center.. Unfortunaly, I didnt witness the flowering.. But now I have some more seeds.. Are those poppies active? Does the fact that I bought them at a garden center meen that they havent got any alkoids?? I saw that Papa Bear (or something like that) Grew them, with pic on the forum..

I thought 'danish flag' were a P. Somniferum variety, so I think they're active.

So all p. somniferum are active?? Cool!!! Ive got tones of seeds of different p somniferum!! I thought that the ones bought in gardening center ans nurseries wernt active..

Tasmanians, Indian Raj, and Turkish ones seem to usually be nice and potent, danish flag and persian whites too
