storing jars for 4 weeks

i have a question:
right now i have 4 0,75l-jars ready colonized with sc b+. but i can't use them in the moment.
what happens to them if i just let them for 4 weeks at 25-27? (C)?
can i do this or will they lose their potency or something like that?

They should be fine. However, they may start fruiting in the jars. Keep them in the dark and keep them cool to slow down their metabolic rates.

Just keep em cold and you should be fine. I stored 12 jars in my fridge for a good while and they worked great when I took them back out. That's also helpful for those times when not all of the jars get fully colonized at the same time and you need to wait for the stragglers to catch up.

lower than normal colonization temp.?

Yeah. If you left them at room temp, they'd probably start pinning in the jars. Just put them in the fridge in the vegetable crisper or something.. That's what I did.
