I do not know anything about storing wet mushrooms except that if you put them in the freezer wet when you take them out to unfreeze them they fall apart the molecular structure of the wet mushroom breaks apart when they are but in the freezer wet and unfrozen it says it in the mushroom cultivator. i think you can keep them in the fridge for a few days - week i am not sure but the best thing to do is dry them with cool air in a dark place (the light decreases potency) then once the arre dry store them in air tight plastic bags (bags that all of the air has been sucked out of) then put those plastic bags in glass jars with moister absorbers and seal the glass jars air tight wrap them with tin foil and pop them in the freezer they will stay good forever! :smile:

An easy way to store fresh shrooms is dip them in a bottle of honey. They tend to go into a state of suspended animation :smile:

I havent had any trouble before just putting them in a large jar and keeping in the fridge up to a week or two, if you know you will eat them all soon i wouldnt dry, but this is just my preference
