over 2 weeks and no cake growth

i duno what to think i made 2 batches of 12 1/2 pint pf tek jars with mm filter disks i inoced one batch and a week later another i left the jars in the boxes and put in closet at about 70-75 degrees i havent seen any growth. its been over 2 weeks, should i worry?

then somethin wirong with your spores, or there were no live spores
Smell like sour shit and brown rice darker than normal?
Bacterial infection... try again with better sterile technique.. especially making the syringe.

one was strain was equador and other was b+ both syringes from lil shop of spores. i wish they put dates on their syrnges

perhaps your brown rice is not organic?
have u grown others with the same batch of brown rice flour?

i got the brf from health food store, i would assume its organic its more of a hippie health food store at that. i have another batch started its only 1 week for them and 1 out of 12 jars has a lil mycila going. i have not heard anything bad about lil shop of spores. just stating were i got them. the 2 week old batch was just scrapt beacuse i lost half to contamin and the cakes were crusty dry on top with lil moisture on bottom. im useing mm filter disks do u think they could have dried out easier that way. perhaps they were too warm in my closet its been near 85 a couple times
