I've been contemplating Tai chi lately, that, and my college offers some classes .  Has anyone here studied tai chi?  What do you like/dislike about it?

I don't know the policy on bumping threads and creating new ones. So I found an old one on a topic I was going to start.

Tai Chi and Yoga are both very good for mental and physical well being however, both are vastly different. Tai Chi, is actually a martial art first and foremost, healing art second. Taking Tai Chi and learning both sides of what it has to offer has helped me in numerous ways, including overcoming anxiety. I suggest taking pushhands as well if you are taking a tai chi class, it really compliments the martial aspect of the art.
