i was looking at sporeworks.com's "Autoclavable Gusseted Bulk Spawn Bags w/ Self-Healing Injector Site"...how can these bags be sealed? does it require a impulse sealer?
2. if pressure cooking will alot of moisture seep through the filter causing over saturated substrate? and would the self-healing injector site get messed up if pressure cooked?

Autoclavable means pressure cookable. No seepage, no damage.

To seal 'em I usually twist the top above the filter and wrap tightly with elecrtrical tape. This allows for easy opening without damaging the bag so you can re-use it.
