so i got caught stealing last night

I was at a commercial grocery store and decided it would be clever to put an expensive bottle of jack daniels inside of this box that cheaper whiskey comes in. JD=$22/5th, evan williams=$12/5th.

So I put the jack in the box and go to cash out. I see the big shit of the store start running down to the U-scans(god i fucking hate these things) and he waits near the cashier running them. After I pay for my whiskey, he comes up to me and asks to look inside of the box. He opens it and finds the expensive liquer inside. A lady standing next to him said she watched me do it and they told me to follow them. I'm thinking to myself "holy fucking shit, these people are gonna call the police and try to make me pay 10x the value"
The manager tells me to come with him, they have to take me in the room. I say "ok ok" and take 4 steps, norepinephrine kicks in and I just start running like a trackstar. I ran to the automatic doors and was like "fuck, dont have time for this" and pushed them open so hard, they slammed behind me and I just high tailed it all the way out of the parking lot and down the road, where I had a friend pick me up.

Wow, that was scary.


anyone ever have any close calls with getting caught trying to steal from the man?

All i have to say is,

Perty stupid.

Just remember that honest people are paying for people that steal. If there wasnt so much theft, things wouldnt be so damn expensive in the first place. Someone has to account for what goes missing and unfortunatly its honest hard working individuals that make up the loss's of theft

yah, at kmart lol. i took like 10 cds and apparently some bitch saw me stash em outside in the garden section by the fence and tried to detain me but i was running through isles jukin' out the employees. As soon as i got out of the store i already heard cop sirens coming so i just went and hid in the parking garage of a abandoned building. good times though defintely an adreneline rush.

i totally agree. It was one of the most stupid things I've ever done. I'm glad I had a get out of jail free card. I learned my lesson. I've never been into theft, per say, just scamming big corporations. Either way, I'm done.

when I was 17 I turned into a clepto for a little while:smirk: I would steal from the rich(wal mart,target, best buy) and give to the poor (me)! Despite the 200 cameras, I found my way around each store.. One time I jammed 5-10 dvd's down my pants, went to the bathroom, took just the cd's out, and threw away the boxes in the garbage! I was sneaky because I got away all the time! except this one time at pathmark:tongue: After getting caught, and turning 18, I completely stopped stealing.But during that year, I ended stealing over 2000 dollars in merchandise!

haha lucky they didnt catch you. When I stole from some store, they waited tell i got out of the store then stopped me, when they asked me to check my bookbag I took off but they grabbed me and pinned me down... ironically enough they broke my cross which I had on my keychain.

Back a few years ago. We would just go into the store with big ass coats on and this kid i know. He was giant. You would think hes 21. He wore shades and a hat. Filled up a cart. Then put shit in his coat. Just alcohol. Worked everytime. He just left the cart in the isle. There wssa like 4 of us. ANd we all did it at the same time. One time This kid got caught. But he got let go. And we all still got to drink. BUt i wouldnt do that shit anymore.

when i was a kid i stuck a couple bottles of vodka inside a cheap crock pot box took it through the regular cashier because i thought the weight might set off alarms at the u-scans. anyways, the chick at the register opened it up to check and found the booze. i was like..."uh..not mine. can i go grab another crock pot?"

didn't even give her time to respond before i was out the door.

Theres a lot of hate here,
frankly I don't give a shit if you steal from a shop.

I stole a burger once from a burger shop. Just ordered it - he put it on the table and I just walked out with it. Not because I couldn't afford but because it was funny and a buzz.

The cops here don't do anything about shoplifting unless its over $150 worth.
