I just shat out a tablespoon of blood

I thought it was weird how I was getting very dizzy and less coordinated the past 2 or 3 days... I'd start blacking out whenever I stood up (similar to orthostatic hypotension); I figured I was just dehydrated so I kept drinking lots of water/juice/soda and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. but no matter how much fluid I intook (gallons everyday, literally) I did not urinate excessively, nor did I excrete any waste during this time.

I keep fluctuating between feeling dizzy and disoriented, to sharp and well-carried. From blazing hot (but never sweating) to freezing cold, particularly in my extremities. My smaller digits periodically tingle and go numb for brief spurts of time until I put gloves/socks on or keep my limbs active.

I don't know if I started bleeding a while ago, because I just saw this blood now (this is new to me). At first I thought it was my period but I almost fainted when I realized it was coming from the anus. I've bootybumped quite a bit before in the past, but I've never even had anal sex before... god, it so figures bootybumping is what will eventually lead to the demise of me, I just know it! lol

But based on the dizziness that has been ongoing for at least 2 days, I am assuming the bleeding is located more towards the colon than the rectum. Perhaps even a blocked/popped artery in my intestine?

Regardless, I must make an appointment for the internal medicine (gastrointestinal) doctor. Until then, I need tips to either stop the hemmorhage--like is there a suppository or a cream I can insert up there that will coagulate the blood? What else can I do (besides drinking lots of fluids) to help me retain my blood until my appointment? For now I've just plugged some antibiotic cream, to prevent infection. I haven't taken any ibuprofen or anything that thins the blood.

Anybody know roughly how long I have? I don't think it's a medical emergency just yet. goddammit, I knew I should have kept my ex's vial of blood... he could have saved my life, lmao

so... what kind of doc do i go see for this problem? is internal medicine good enough, or should i see a specialist for the gastroenterology system? should i wait another day and see if the problem resolves itself?

My family has alot of colon problem history so maybe I can help.  I can think of a couple possible problems.

1. Colon Obstruction: You might be constipated and your poop got impacted and now its really hard to get it out so you ripped some tissue.

2. Hernia: IDK really if these happen in the intestines but it could certainly cause bleeding.

3. Ulcer: Self explanitory.

You could buy some stuff and drink it to clear you intestines out, but I wouldn't recommend that until you know what you have. 

Either way go see a Gastroenterologist or however you spell it. This will not end without a finger up your butt :thumbup:

call your regular physician.. they'll tell you what to do.

go for a colon cleanse after you get it fixed up. you can also get a hydro-gastrointestinal flush...doc..hose..and lots of fresh water in the colon.

How many times a day do you shit?

Healthy shitters go about 2-3 a day.

2-3 times a day?? that seems a little excessive. I can't imagine going 3 times every single day.

yup. i never admitted i was even on drugs.

just got my test results. turns out i had a bunch of hemmmorhoids--which, in combination with the constipation from the opiates, caused one of them to burst and hemmorhage blood out my anus. I'm sure the plugging such acetic substances (powder heroin) had something to do with it too. next week i have to go see the gastroenterologist again and discuss prevention options and tips. until then im using preparation H for now...

ill say this once again....

you use entirely too many drugs, and you're going to end up killing yourself. i rarely speak in absolutes but really..... im worried about you and your lifestyle...

as long as teh blood is red, your safe.
black/dark blood means it father in the GI and could be more serious.

i have blood in my shit like atleast twice a week, always red and fresh..its from my sigmoid diverticulosis.Just above the rectum is the sigmoid (S-shaped) part of the colon. im sure ive gotten some infections..but my body fights them off..kinda.

my ab muscles do feel like they are being eaten away, with alot of abdominal rigidity..but o well life goes on..or does it?

dude it wasnt anything major. people get hemmorhoids all the time without even realizing it.
