Taking a break from running

I think I'm overdoing it, my mileage is so out of whack I'm overworking my muscles

How many people smoke and run?

haha,

i smoke and run and feel like the biggest dumbass for doing so. i can obviously tell that running would be so much easier if I didn't smoke, but I keep smoking anyway, actually I smoke one right after a run to congratulate myself.

Hmm, both I guess

I suppose cutting back on the intensity would help, but as far as I know, it's a pretty even treaded run, like I never feel like I'm pushing myself to the breaking point
