A FOAF is attempting to grow for the first time.Using invitro double end casing tek.EQs.Five weeks since inoculation.Question is,will the dry verm on the bottom of the jars colonize or not?The rest of the substrait is fully colonized and has been for about a week,but it has stopped at the bottom except for a couple small spots.Should he birth now or wait longer?HELP!!!

five weeks to colonize? if you see reddish pins sarting to form ou should birth i you say its been a week since fully colonizing its primo time to birt
