As Anno mentioned, importing requires relavent permits (BIG PAIN IN THE ASS!).

There are lots of people who sell nice cuttings in the U.S. But shipping is always an issue (I know suppliers that flat-out won't ship when it's too warm). Given the current heatwaves in most of North America, you might want to wait until it's not 120F+ in the back of the UPS truck

yes it is legal.

btw, thanks for the spores malibu (i used 2 be KaliMist b4 they lost my account ), my friend has the equadors almost ready growin in honey for a multispore, the pes hawwians are in the fridge still, how are your friends shrooms comin?
