hello here is one for ya i had a little enthogen website MJB enthobotanicals mjb.4mg.com. on 12-22-01 the local gestapo paid me a visit guns a blazing they used pot on the search warrant . they were not concerned with that as they went straight for my salvia and other entheogens. they legally stole all my dried salvia and herbs but did not take the plants they had done this last year also with no charges filed . upon speaking with my lawyer he could not find any reference in the laws stating that any of the plants or material was illegal especially salvia. we are filing a petition to return property seized. this should happen next week this should literally state the legality of salvia and other herbs as a judge has to make this desicion. i will keep ya posted on the results by the way i live in the US. i am small time with limited resources so if any body has a kind heart to donate to the cause i will compensate with whatever entheogen or seeds i can aquire in the next few months peace mark

You said it was "the local gestapo" that paid you a visit. Does that mean it was not the feds, but rather the local police where you live?

not the feds but the local county police after the salvia extract for some reason i am fighting them though.

Your retainer will cover it. The warrant was for pot, they found none, took what appeared to be illegal, and will have to return it, or pay for it. No worries. Helps if you have a lawyer in the family, or a good friend. Much cheaper.
I think in the near future Salvia will become illegal.

I saw on the DEA site that they want to schedule Salvia. According to the DEA you are attracting young adolecsents to study and use "entheogens" through the internet. Your on their watch list. They have been looking at the entheogen websites and studying them.
Salvia was once considered a sacred plant. Treasured. Now it is a legal high in a society of youth looking for a high. A drug. Since people made it a drug it is now being treated like one. Everyone who uses Salvia should ask why. Why does this plant exist? Why do you exist? What are you doing with your life? Are you doing the right thing with your life?

tho i do think you should beable to sell the salvia because its legal. it not a smart idea because of the fact that its not a very easy plant to get ahold of and if the plant is schedualed you not going to beable to buy anymore leaf never mind cuttings. my advice to anyone who likes salvia is to get a cutting before it becomes schedualed. cause once it is your not going to find it on the street and its not like weed where you can just buy the seeds. people have to get there cutting and grow it themselves to make sure that even if it is schedualed that it will still be available for the people who have it already.

Did you not get any reparations for your trouble? The PIGS should have been held accountable for their illegal actions IMO. Having the product that was UNLAWFULLY STOLEN returned would definitely NOT be enough for me. I'd take them for every gd thing I could get if I were in your shoes...what about damage to your buisness for lost stock? The annoyance of having to go to court to get your property returned from people no better than common thieves
. I'd definitely be out for their asses myself.

I am not sure about the law but can you sue them for harassment since they have done this twice to you?
And shouldn’t you be compensated for the disruption to your business?

hello thanx for the support man. well as far as sueing them wisco has a law that states you have a 120 days to file any charges against a goverment agency. the piggies postponed the court dates long enough for the limitations to run out. this was supposed to happen in march but they postponed it until may so they CYOA on that aspect. but if anything is missing or it does not weigh or is broken they have to reimburse me for it so i will be weighing every thing as they return it to me. the officer who ran the raid is not happy the judge tore him up so either he is going to have a hard on for me or he will leave me alone i think the latter will happen.

I'm also very glad to hear that you are getting everything back! Any word on when you will have cuttings of the other salvia strain? I keep forgetting which is which, so please pm me or post in here what strain you have been selling cuttings of.
