OK, i've got several fully colonised pint jars of aussie spore. correct me if i'm wrong but i need crushed oyster shell, peat moss, and coco noir. what's the coco. And in what proportions are the ingredients of the casing? Apprectiate the help. Peace. I just had the best fucking chocolate milk i've ever had.

All the things that you mentioned work great but You can always use just regular vermiculite.......I do and it works just fine

so you use PEAT MOSs, CRUSHED OYSTER SHELLS, AND VERM, HOW much of each?

No, I use JUST VERM.........that's it.....all by itself.

use a 3:3:1 ratio of jiffy mix plus : coco coir : crushed oyster shell mixed and sterilized for about an hour

I get great results using just straight coir. Maybe add a little bit of verm. to it. I dont even sterilize the coir. You can to keep it safe, but its not needed.

Coco coil is bedding stuff usually made for reptiles ...
you can find it at many pet shops ... it's a comes in a brick ... need anymore info on it do a search thought the threads in
this forum and you will find EVERYTHING you need to know about using coco coil ... trust me i just started my first casing
with coco coil last friday but before that i searched for hours and hours and found lot's of good info ..
they don't save those old threads on the server for no reason
