From what I understand, the best way to induce a lucid dream is to truly want it. Sorry, that's no help

The best way is to record your dreams in a journal every morning. Look up some lucid dreaming sites or get a book. I don't know if any programs or songs will help... outside stimulus would only interfere I would think.

5-HTP, melatonin and valerian root are all purported to help induce lucid dreams. I've never had any luck with them, but I'v talked to people who have.

The thing to do is to cultivate habits of awareness in your waking life, such as constantly inquiring as to whether or not you are dreaming, and these habits will carry over into your dreams, and lead you to the awareness that you are dreaming.

LD4All has pretty much everything you'll ever need.
Habituating like Viveka said and making dream journals to help dream recall are the two most important things to do.
