I consider myself "respectable".

But beyond that, i think most of modern society has brainwashed females into Teen Vogue ideals and standards. I can't speak for all women, but it seems to be a growing trend in my surroundings at least. Most of my girl friends wouldn't be interested in trying mushrooms.

Education is key!

I agree. Pop culture has certainly created a set of societal norms by which a large majority conform to in some degree or another. It's unfortunate that more people don't deviate from them. Of course, this is purely my opinion.

weman enjoy message boards just as much as men do (or even more i'd say) you just have to check out the relevent ones (i.e pet lovers, motherhood and such :smirk:)

u kno i think there are more women on here than u think....i just look at it like this alot of ppl men in particular(and if i offend any thats not my intention) for the most part underestimate womens opions and for the most part stereotype them to the effect of underestimatation. for example with what u were sayin about the shrooms. i know alot of women who love shrooms and the mycology of them just the same as men.

everyone for the most part just assume everyone is a guy, including myself but i preferr to be assumed as to be male b/c ppl listen more to men than women. most men think women dont knnow what there talkin about. and i would do ur poll so i could see the results but i love shrooms and i love threads (except when ppl r mean) u should have but a neither option. i left my gender undecided just so when i throw out a thread my opinion isnt judged by my gender....but i guess i just exposed myself in this one. i am female and i believe myself to be a respectable on i dont know alot about mycology but i would love to learn im just afraid to ask for anyones assistance in teachin it to me...b/c the vibe i get from most of the threads ive read...most ppl on here expect u to already be experts, and im sure that alot of ppl join the shroomery for guidance in there shroomy curiousty or whatever if theres a better word for it. sorry if i bored u all with my theory, and ramblings....but i hope it helped in some way

People in general stay way from psy drugs.

Hence, why EGO drugs such as coke and heroin are so much more popular in general.

Women especially stay away from drugs. Mainly because they learn that druggies are unattractive and females all desire to be the most attractive thats why they spend an hour each morning plastering make-up on their faces!


Also, they can't take the loss of control. Women that do take drugs will mainly take the ego drugs apart from a select few whom I salute!

My sister used to completely freak out after just smelling pot!!! She'd be screaming, crying and saying that she was stoned! Its because she got stoned once and felt crazy and then she thought just smelling it made her stoned and crazy so she became crazy!!!
