Had puerto rican strain 100% colonized for 10 days

I have noticed some subtle differences in my 2 bags for instance the bags are expanding,the mycyleium has grown on the sides of the bag,and it looks like strands are on the side of the bags and inside.I also see what looks like caps in the medium but they are white(maybe its just wishful thinking) and my bags are foggy and it's tough to tell what's going on.I know maybe I didn't describe it well enough but can anyone guess from my description if things are cool? Also it says leave indirect sunligh,I leave them in front of my window with the blinds closed,is that enough light?1 last question when (hopefully if) I remove a flush from the bag whats the best way with out tearing up the medium and ripping the bag so I can get a few more flushes.Thanks

Yes...thats enought light.

Grab them from the base and gently pull and twist at the same time.
