does anyone out there have any expeirence with the puerto rican strain?, I can grow the shit out of the mycelium, but they won`t fruit, I have made 7 casimgs and none of them seem to want to fruit, humidty is 90+%, air exchange is good the temp is 75f during the day and about70f at night evrthing seems good according to what I have read,but all I got is mycelium that wont stop growing, but no friuts,does anyone know if this strain is a little different and, i might need to readjust my parameters? also how much of the casing should be colonised before inducing fruiting, I let them go until 40-50%
not sure what is going on here,
someone please help

the humidity might be too high... try to fan more often to bring it down a little bit...

Use a deeper casing layer, allow the mycelium to colonize the casing for 48 hours, then initiate pinning immediately. Overlay will still result but not as bad.
To correct your present problem, try poking some holes in the casing layer with a sterile fork. Sounds like serious overlay. Definetly air it out a bit.
