Florida is a problem

We've been having a drought in central Florida and I can't find shrooms in any of the fields I hunt. Has anyone else had this problem?

Seems to happen almost every spring. Wait till the summer, or at least a few good rains. Afternoon showers and hurricanes should fix things.

People in central and southern Florida do not start finding Cubes in decent amounts until around late-May and early-June. It is always really dry in that area during the month of April. Usually around late-May the summer rains start the season and when most people will start reporting their shroom finds starting in late June. And the whole month of July is the perfect time for hunting in Florida.

Than you have people in Texas like jdirty finding loads of humungous Cube caps right now. The Shroom season is different in central and southern Florida than it is up there in Texas and the panhandle.
