My Salva Trip

I dont like this stuff and will never do it again, However this is a description of my first and last Salva Trip. I did about .4 Grams of 5x at the very end of a mushroom level 2! Now let me say that I have never hallucinated with eyes open even on the strongest LSD of the 1970s, but with Salva there was some open-eyed stuff going on. Mostly in the form of tiny bright red dots swimming all over the place. But what really blew me away was the closed-eyed stuff! Now on acid I have experienced some really cool closed-eyed visuals with geometric and abstract shapes moving to the beat of the music in the most brilliant colors that my mind would choose. I get some of that with high doses of psilocybin but not nearly as intense as acid. The colors are not as vivid and the shapes not as defined. But the Salva closed-eyed stuff was very intense with brilliantly colored and detailed tendrils reaching out and engulfing me, it was exhilarating and yet terrifying at the same time. The whole thing lasted for maybe two or three minutes. What is difficult about the whole thing is that the coming up happens in a matter of seconds and you reach a place you were hardly prepared to be in before you can reach the couch. I had an overwhelming feeling that I was not alone I perceived that a woman was with me and she told me to sit down real fast, which I did. Im glad I tried it but there is a wrong feeling about it that I dont want to feel again. Despite the excellent eye candy.

The fact that you've never had any open eye visuals on LSD begs me to ask how low of a dose do/did you normally take??

Your salvia experience is very low as far as where it can take you as well. If you couldn't handle where salvia took you at such a low dose...definitely stay away from DMT or more potent psychedelics...or at least study up on where the trip will take you.

yeah, i agree with boppity. i've literally watched the world collapse in front of me on salvia. and no open eye visuals from the "strongest acid of the 1970's?" either you didnt take enough or you have a very high threshold for effects. one of the most fun parts of acid is watching walls and floors and whatever else breath and swirl and drip....

I have done DMT and it's nothing compared to the pure fresh window pane or LSD 25 sugar cubes I've done. I know for a fact that I have a very high threshold for effects because others around me on the same doseages have hallucinated big time. OK guess I've seen wood flow and the effects of fast moving objects leaving trails! But I have been with others who have seen people from outer space and stuff and that has never happened to me.

Don't get me wrong I didn't FREAK or anything I actually enjoyed the visuals. I just did not like the feel of the stuff. I'll stick with mushrooms.

I hear ya bro about having a high threshold. I always needed about 4-5 hits of blotter or 3 drops of good liquid (except for the only time I had LSD-25..2 drops took me to heaven). Same with MDMA when I rolled. I always needed at least 2 pills to roll...but turns out my liver didn't like MDMA at all and punished me twice for taking it...so I don't take synthetics any more...just good ole weed and shrooms.

Last time I tried salvia, I had .4 of 5x. I had one open-eye'd visual. It was like I was looking at myself from the side. Then some figure was talking to me and my view of the room dimmed. I got bad vibes from that, it had a dark eerie feeling.

I'm getting 10x soon, I'm planning on doing a close-eye'd trip. No matter how dark it gets, light is only 3 minutes away.

I had something of the same experience with my "big" Salvia trip. Except mine was a male presence, and He played a very large part in the experience. He was the one "showing" me what I was seeing. I could feel Him just above and behind my right shoulder for the entire experience. It's a strange feeling, eh? Knowing that someone or something is watching you but you can't see who or what it is?

If you think OEV's are strange on Salvia and CEV's even stranger...well a breakthrough experience with Salvia is much, MUCH stranger. I was terrified for most of my experience (I was not ready for the end of existence, which is what I was faced with) but I know if I could have just let go it would have been amazing. It was amazing...but only in a frightening way. I'll try it again sometime, with a better idea of where it will take me.

I have never had hallucinations on salvia, maybe i am immune, closest i have come with some 5* is feeling alienated.

salvia is VERY intense! the mindfuck left me forgetting how to "enjoy" the salvia experience. salvia blew me away.... something about it bothered me, but the second time i smoked the extract i bought, (this may sound weird, but whatever), the salvia lady chick walks in and says i'd been "tripping" on her "brother..." i was so confused. i think she means that from now on, she'll talk to me insted of him. or was it her son... i dont remember. he was fukin with me tho, lol, mekin shit not make sense.
but i saw her with my eyes closed.... she was beautiful.... wise beyond worldly knowledge... and i was sitting on her eyebrow.... and i was smaller that the hair on her eyebrow...
just to give you an idea of how intense salvia can get, lol

Wow, that's so interesting.. most of the trip reports I've read for Salvia mention an entity of some sort..
I can see this plant has great shamanistic value ..

i experienced entities, on one bowl of 10x, i also couldnt tell if my eyes were open or closed...very frightening, only did it once after that and still have an almost full vial left

i also experienced entities. i have tripped on lsd countless hundreds of times and mushrooms numerous times, dxm and other stuff even dxm and lsd together. but i have never been so completely blown away as on a salvia breakthrough. it isn't just that things are different, it's that things no longer exist. you go into an entirely different existence. i had no memory of any previous existence so i was "really there". it can be very disturbing if you're not ready for it. i will do it again but i haven't done it in months. most people never want to do it again after a real mind-blower.
