I placed an order on the 19th of May from Dr BlueThumbs. I emailed the good Dr on a few occasions concerning my order, he was always fast to respond. My order took 17 days to arrive. Being I made the order late on a Friday you really cant count the 3 days on that weekend and with a holiday weekend in between, my order came fairly fast. The real kicker was my order totaled less than $45.00. When I received my package the postage was $18.00. Not counting the packing materials the good Dr made $27.00 from my purchase, and I can assure you I got way more of $27.00 worth of materials. Thank you Dr. for good products at a good price. Your customer service is great as well!!

i too, like the dr. and this is in no way a slam or flame. he is a great vender.... but if you pay close attention to his site, the shipping is added in to the cost of the product.... unless it's changed in the last few weeks since i have ordered from him.

I like the Dr also.. I'm a little upset about getting f-ed over in the Banner Ad contest though (I had the only valid entry so he decided not to award anyone it seems), but I think he is a great vendor and he is very helpful.. his order took a little while to get to me but his prices are pretty good and his customer service and his willingness to answer questions made up for any minor problems I could have bitched about. I hope he continues to be a great vendor because next time I need something I'll be sure to look to him first.

Thanks for the props.
I would like to say a few things to those of you who have some outstanding orders.
We are running behind a bit and it may take some time to get caught up I am working around the clock(almost) to get caught up.

Some people do not know or just d not realize that every order is custom, it would be impossible to make these items in bulk without getting into trouble in the end.(contams)

As CC found out we attempted to hire outside help and iut did not work we tried 3 people and none of them seemed to be able to do anything thing.

I am now replacing 50+ orders due to contams.
I am very sorry for the delay and things will be back to normal by Thursday.
