I mentioned this book in the masturbation thread. It's a very good book.

Clean, the end goal is an equal exchange of male/yang and female/yin energy, combining the two partner's flows into one. But, since the "usual" situation is the great loss of energy from the man, it is important to first work to counteract this. Also, woman's yin energy is expressed differently, which is why many of them can have multiple orgasms. It is far less draining to take female sexual energy than male. This is discussed at length in the book.

It can be done. Some men can multiple orgasm, since they don't ejaculate. There's dozens of books on how to do it. Try Amazon.

there are spiritual methods of reciprocation.. there are many methods of exchange, healing, etc for both partners to grow and evolve happily, healthily, and blissfully..

Yep. I've done it many times. It is different, it's more of a good feeling than a release. Usually you have a lot of energy afterwords.

The key is to pay close attention and take yourself right up to the edge and squeeze your pernial muscle to stop ejaculatory contractions and then stop.

Usually to do it again takes a minute or two. I can make it up to 3 or times 4 before my body gets tired.

there is also the three fingers method..

theres a risk to this method, to avoid prostrate problems gotta practise hatha yoga and/or massage two acupuncture points on the body - the point between the coccyx tip & the anus - and the perineum, between the anus & the scrotum. this "facilitates reabsorbtion of the seminal fluid & prevents congestion of energy in the prostate gland". its best to massage with folded silk cloth becaues it increases the flow of power by generating electicity.

Yes.

I managed to do it a few months ago. I was pleasantly surprised when I did.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to since. Maybe I'll give it another go? Multiple orgasms are really quite amazing.

Yes. I not only whack it, but I have sex all the time without ejaculating because you don't get that worthless, uninterested feeling that occurs after you do it.

The thing is, an orgasm without ejaculation is not as powerful as with, but it is still there. Its just that feeling you get when you are having sex that kind of washes over you where you feel like you can do it but you hold back. Thats it. Its never quite as good as ejaculation but I often prefer it because you can just keep going and going. Then you can just rest for like 30 mins and you are still interested in kissing and cuddling, then just start right back up again.

yes, ejaculation is more powerful, but there are layers and layers of experience you can acheive through not ejaculating, which are so much more profound in terms of spiritual evolution.  which level have you gotten to in taoist terms?  if you don't know, it would be interesting to hear.  supposedly the final stage is "Reunion of man & Tao Immortal Body", through practise of this "sexual kung fu".  ive heard it is the ability to stay in the state of orgasm for as long as one desires.  sounds fun :laugh:
