psilocyberings - i have a small idea. we need a universal symbol. kinda like those lance armstrong bands, but to an internet approach.

howabout a small banner people can display on their myspaces? things spread quickly on myspace. and it gets the message to the younger people. to post the image on ur page youjust have to sign some internet petition.

all in all, ive never had any luck passing out handbills when promoting raves. the best thing to do would be to GLUE SOME SHROOMS to the back of the handbill.... lol
but +5 for giving a shit enough to make a suggestion. :peace:

I think it's a great idea, I also suggested the same thing in a thread close to a year ago. I even made a couple potential paragraphs for such posters within that thread.

I'd love to see it happen. Go for it, maybe I'll see one of yours around town :smile:

idk, i think your standard red circle with a dash through it covering the words "DRUG WAR" would be pretty effective for at least reminding people about it. It doesnt focus on the negative. it's simple, gets to the point. they can think whatever they want as long as theyre THINKING.

it isnt brainwashing.
it isnt fascist
it isnt negative



to promote any kind of change you need two things. anger and courage. you have to be angry at the status quo, and you must have the courage to go against the flow. sitting on your hands hoping that you have no influence on the world is cowardly when you know there's something wrong.

I would prefer something that lists the cons of the drug war more than Drug War and a circle with a line through it... I don't think that would get anybody thinking much unless they're already against it.

If somebody does up some posters or something though I'll stick a couple up around my town. Maybe we would save a little paper so we can put more up by having it only take up 1/4 of a standard piece of paper?
