Sick Casings - Please help!!! (pics)

A friend is having some problems with some casings. It is belived to be related to the environmental variables, so here is the quick-n-dirty on the setup: standard terrarium, warm mist humidifier, pearlite supplimental humidification, temps between 73 and 77 F, humidity between 90 and 95 %.
Each casing is 4 quarts of coco-cased Rye/Millet, some are B+ some are EQ.
Heavy pinning initiates soon after exposure to air and light, pins develop normally at first then slow dramatically after about 72 hours, most abort. White fluff is visible on many pins, on caps, and around the bases of stems. Those that do mature further are very 'rubbery' with underdeveloped caps, most show light fuzz on the caps, sometimes the caps appear very 'dry' and even split or crack.
Casing surfaces do not show any signs of common contaminants like trich or cobweb, the fruits smell 'shroomy', they are not slimy.
They turn grey within a week, caps WILTING, stems SHRIVELING, never maturing...
(pics posted in no-particular-order, all pics taken at the same time)

I know thats a shit load of pics, but there is a lot of concern that the problem may be related to a competetor or contaminant, the more info provided the more likely feedback will be accurate....
Any help would be greatly appreciated... Ciao! BeautifulDay

I hate it when that happens dunno what causes it, but I get it a lot more often since I started using coir as a casing. I think it's due to a combination of bacteria and excessive water, either humiditywise or in the casing. If you slice a shroom lengthwise is it unusually dark inside, especially near the cap? And kind of juicy?

I once had happening this, and when I looked under the casing, i saw it was green underneath with green mold.
Does this come in question here?

yeah ive had that happen to cakes alot. too much humidity will cause mycilium to grow on your fruits causing them to rot. than causing the contams . so yes its contaminated but its the mycilium on the fruits causing it to rot. give your fruits more fresh air less humidity .and there casing not cakes. hope that helps.
