looking for psilocybe cynescens in upstate N.Y

anyone out there from cny area? any pictures of cyanescens growing wild. I am worried about picking the wrong mushrooms,like galerina marginata, or somthing just as deadly.. thanks

You are not likely to find them. for two reasons:

1. They are not native to the NE (just the NW), and if there are any, someone planted them.

2. They fruit in the fall, when temps drop to 40 or so.

Oh...BTW...just so you know....IF this is the same guy, I used to be a fan of your posts.

We'd be bashing the Oasis fans and that total nimrod who used to bring up Jackle. LOL Yes, I do have an insane memory for a pothead. This is Ozone aka Buck if that rings any bells.
