shroomin cat

curious, my cat just ate .15 grams, i was wondering if thast enough for him to even feel anything at all?
right now he wants to go outside but im not letting him, dont want him getting hurt

how in the hell do you know .1 of a gram is gonna get a cat high? how do you know the cat ate that much?

idk if it will do anything, he seems to be acting pretty normal, purring too.

its what was left on the scale.. and this cat east anything.. i cant imagine why hed want to eat that though it doesnt exactly taste or smell good

Was that .15 dry.? It could be enough for light effects in a small cat.
How did the cat eat the shrooms, Most animals don't try to eat shrooms except people.
My cat & dogs have sniffed around plated piled with ounces of fresh mushroom & have never tried to eat them.

Anyway I hope you didn't give them to the cat.
The poor thing could end up like this if it has too much.

I doubt it will feel anything, if so, I dont think a cat will get sick and die from that little of an amount.

i saw that video the other day, i thouht it was pretty sad :frown:

thast what i wouldve though, it was dried, hes never tried to eat it before.. but this guy east everything when he gets a mouse all i get is a tail and a head to throw away. well if it does do anything ill just be there to keep him calm and who knows maybe hell like it  :ooo:

He should be cool, If he gets playful let him play if wants to chill let him.

Some cat food could dilute the shroom in his stomach & reduce the effects.

Honestly dont worry about it, unless your cat ate a gram or more, even then I have heard of people eating half ounces of shrooms, eating E, doing acid and weed all night long and having fun, and not dying.

yep, i put on some music, hes sitting in my lap purring away and waving his tail lol.. im prettu sure he must be feeling something.
but hes not freaked so its all good :smile:

edit: yea im not worried about him getting sick or dying or anything, just want to make sure he wont freak out like that cat on acid video... not cool

alright, the other cat just came in.. lets see if he notices anything different

The threshold level on a cat is much lower than a human. However, I imagine that the cat will only experience minor effects (most likely pleasurable in this case).

If the first cat is feeling a little weird the other cat should know somethings up.

edit" haha so picked him up and rubbed his belly and hes seemed ot have forgottten completely about going outside.. which im going to take as a good sign of NOT lettign him out, lol geeze.

your just tripping, the cat wants some air, i would let it out..I hate tripping inside sometimes because I want to explore, and walk around when I am coming up/ peaking... I prefer being outside during a comeup on any tripper drug.

well i am positive that it is safe to say .15 g is the threshold (maybe a little over) for cats.

hes running around attacking everything lol, right now hes in a very pumped wrestling match with a rug.

cats get naturally hyper at night, I have been around cats all my life, you are thinking the cat is tripping and he is being normal.

skunk - i do know the he ate it lol.. and its become even more apparent.
the only purpose i had in this thread was to have some type of arning (maybe somebody whos hada cat eat mushrooms before) of what will happen.

edit - i know this cat well.. i too have been aroudn them all my life, it isnt even of importance anymore... hes having fun.

shroomdr - i think its alright, hes enjoying himself (very playful) and purring.

and not that it matters at all but hes 17 lbs.. big cat.
