got an mp3 player

well, not really, i got a phone with an mp3 player in it but i cant seem to find a free full version of a converter that takes ripped CD file to an mp3. does anyone know where i can find a program?

http://www.exactaudiocopy.de + LAME is the standard and most highly recommended. Dont waste your time with crappy rips. Do it right the first time around.

yeah, but the rips are not as good as they can be. not all mp3 encoders are created equal. LAME > *

LAME is the way to go, i use CDex if i need to make a copy.
