Just got something today called Cissus Quandrangularis. It's an indian herb used for repairing cartlige, ligaments and tendons. Apparently it's really fecking good and a company called USPlabs/Synergy Muscle is investing shitloads of money in India for research. They've got lots of amazing herbal products from old ideas.

I take 2 00 caps of ginger root powder, and 1 00 of ground licorice root every morining, along with my multi vitamin, and this prilosec otc, that I'm not sure does anything for me.

Makes my acid reflux and stomach discomfort feel soo much better :thumbup: and the licorice root makes for good fiber.

Anyone got anymore stomach herbals, to combine with the licorice and ginger? I've mistreated my stomach for the past 15 years or so, and it's finally caught up with me, and i'm working on fixing it and my diet.

Shitty. I take ginger too for nausea and any GI problems I run across. Don't know what else works well.
