Oranically Acidifying Soil?

I'm trying to acidify some potting soil to an Andean level. I'm attempting to grow some fruits and vines that grow only in high elevations of the Peruvian Andes. Is there a site that will tell me ph and soil composition of an area like that? I think coca is grown there too, maybe if anyone has tried that successfully, it would make sense that I would need a similiar soil as that. What would be the best acidifier to use, organically?

I'm not the best person to give help with this, but one idea would be peat moss. It's reasonably acidic.
