whats the best graffiti you've seen lately? Oh, and please leave out all that hiphop wildstyle graffiti and lame-brain tagging - blah blah blah. no thanks. I'm talking straight up angry slogans on the walls or childish shit or things that dont make sense.

So, there's a rat problem in the city. And in each alley there are signs about rat control and eradication ("leave your trashcans closed"). Someone wrote with a sharpie on the brick, "I happen to like rats".
