If you were supposed to be able to just read it, it would be block letters, and you would be complaining about how it had no artistic value.

From what I understand they often have a "decoder" of the same text written in smaller more legible writing, plus the name of the person who did it. In this case that is not very readable either but it definitely says MDMA at the end.

I used to be into graff for a few years
till I got arrested twice, hit with 100+ in community
service hrs, and a few hundred dollars in fines. Then I just
stuck with sketching and graphics haha

After a while you just start to get used to reading different styles of lettering when people are in that scene for a while.

I used to write a bit and was able to read most if not all the pieces i would see. Since being out of it for a while it's a bit harder.
