RMNP graffiti "artist," Casey Nocket - What punishment?

This chick goes around and spraypaints/draws horrible "art" on famous natural landmarks, including Rocky Mountain National Park, among others.  To make things worse, she seems to enjoy the fact that she is desecrating such natural areas.  As far as I've heard, she is currently on the run from the FBI who have figured out her real identity from her sloppy internet trail. 

Here's an example of her "art":





Can you believe this chick?  I hope they catch her soon.  If I were the judge, I would max out the sentence to the highest possible.  People who have such callous disregard for the beauty of the world disgust me.  What do you think an adequate sentence would be?

I mean, I'm not defending it. I think people that trash national parks should pay money and time to keep them maintained, but the gravel road going through a park is far more destructive than the ink drawing that will fade in a few months.

I'm pretty sure marker washes away eventually

I was riding some trails before and I found red hearts painted on a bunch of trees and someone wrote love on all the benches

theres a natural climbing area near my house that i climbed at all through high school and it was barely heard of, now that im grown and moved back all of the local high school kids have discovered it and covered it in shitty graffiti and trash. it makes me sick. this chick should be publicly humiliated, put in the stocks and have shit thrown at her.

and i used to be a graffiti artist. the point of graffiti isnt to wreck nature but to beautify desolate urban areas.

sounds like you're just trying to make a creative monopoly on something that clearly crosses the boundaries you've set for it.

I don't see how she's wrecking nature any more than what most of humanity is doing on a daily basis. In fact, if this was all she was doing as far as leaving her mark on nature, she'd be much more "environmentally friendly" than an average person.
