bottom of jars-water content

my friend = I for the sake of our brains

ok im using the pf BRF tek. I made my own chunky flour.

I varied the water content. The jars have sat there uninnoculated for a couple of days and some have a little bit of water in the bottoms of them. It doesn't seem to be too much but it's obviously a little bit more mushy. Some of them however seem to look the same on the bottom as on the side.

any opinions on which is the best?

good call on waiting, i would say dump them out and start over. if you can see the water difference in your jars its prob too much.
