Please help! Someone!
Ok anyway, I have 4 P stain cakes, 2 pstrain casing all in the same humidity chamber. one of which has just started friuting, the other have flushed 2 x's yielding small amounts. Should I dunk these cakes in water, water+H2O2,fresh skim milk?
I have never dunked and I am scared.
I cased 2, one jar casings and ran into some trouble with the casing layer (what looked like cobweb mold strands) so I sprayed throughly with H2O2 water, and now in some spots it is a yellowish color. Is this due to H2O2, or contam. What should I do with the casng? I know P strains do not case well, but I figured I try anyway. ( I am doing research to see the what happens when specific conditions change) Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated>
