Double ended cake casing?

Ok. Me es confusedo. As many times as I re-read the double ended cake casing technique, I still dont understand it?
Is there anybody out there who can explain this so a dumbass like me can figure it out? THanks!!

All you have to do is put moist Vermiculite on the top and bottom of your cake..That is it!.. Its simple..

I do this with a lot of my cakes. fill a lid up with wet vermiculite, set cake on top, then cover top with thin layer of wet verm.

youll love it! you can double end case invitro too.
