Appointment with Doctor

Im going to an appointment with my Doctor tommorow for anxiety/panic attacks and insomia including irritable bowel syndrome. What are the chances of being presribes Xanax or Valium?

Doctors will fuck you up. IBS is most likely a result of your diet, do some research in alternative medicine and holistic dieting. The chemicals and hormones in our food is killing us. Raw food and probiotics are key to fighting ANY gastro-intestinal disorder.

If you do get perscribed any anti-anxiety drugs you will eventually come to hate them. Benzo's are the double edged knife of psycotherapy, on the one hand they provide immediate relief from you symptom (anxiety). On the other hand they begin to amplify the problems and circumstances that brought you to them in the first place. It becomes a negative feedback loop with you and your emotions right in the middle.

I would recommend (from experience) that you try vigorous exercise and extreme change of diet before seeing the head shrinker or MD or whomever. And if you do go see them remember that they are under and extreme amount of pressure from the pharmecutical industry to prescribe LOTS of drugs, and I believe that the average street dealer cares more for his customers than the bastards on the medical community.....just look how much they charge for drugs!!!!
